Shipping Policy
We ship within the Continental U.S. only.
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS, which are based on package
weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, go to our
product list and you will find all shipping rates, some of our products might
not include the shipping charge because we have special offers from time to
time, so this products will be with free shipping costs.
Easymeds4u.com offers 2nd day air to all our customers who placed orders to be
shipped to one of the 47 contiguous United States. UPS estimates transit time
by business days. We guarantee you will receive your products from 3 to 5
business days. Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, the actual
delivery date may be different than the estimated transit time.
Orders to Alaska will go out as ground service and it might take longer than 5
business days. We do not ship medications to the following states: Tennessee
(TN), Nevada (NV), Missouri (MO), Kentucky (KY) and Louisiana (LA).
Items that are out of stock
You will be contacted if you ordered an out
of stock item. At this point you can either choose to substitute for another
item in stock, remove it from your order, or cancel your order. Due to
availability and vendor issues, we can only provide an estimate as to when an
out of stock item will be in stock again.
If you choose to cancel the order, a refund will be issued that is consistent
with the original method of payment.
International Shipping
We are sorry, but we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States.
Returns, Refunds and Charge Back Policy
Returns
All refunds are at the discretion of management. You may return unopened items sold by Easymeds4u.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Refunds

All sales are final.
2. All refunds are at the discretion of management, specifically I agree that NO refunds will be given in any of the following circumstances:
a. If my
order has already been shipped by www.easymeds4u.com.
b. If my order has already been approved by www.easymeds4u.com.
c. If I provided an incorrect address to www.easymeds4u.com,
and www.easymeds4u.com has shipped my order to this wrong
address.
You should expect to receive your refund back to your Credit Card within four weeks of giving your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return package (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Charge Backs
1. I am aware that chargebacks are not welcome, and that all disputes can normally be resolved by contacting the management of www.easymeds4u.com.

I agree that in the event
a chargeback is raised by me in connection with my order that I may be
forbidden from reordering from www.easymeds4u.com and any and
all affiliated sites.

I agree that it is my
responsibility to maintain a working email address for all communications with www.easymeds4u.com,
this especially applies to 'free' email addresses such as those from Yahoo!,
& Hotmail.
4.
I agree that www.easymeds4u.com
is not responsible for any failure of mine to receive emails in connection with
my order due to my non working email address, and that specifically this
failure is not valid grounds for raising a chargeback.
5.
I agree that in the event
that I raise a chargeback in connection with my order, that:
a. www.easymeds4u.com will, if fraud is suspected, report the
case to the FBI
Internet Fraud Complaint Center, together with anti-fraud associations,
and/or other third parties at it's discretion.
b. www.easymeds4u.com may instigate civil action against me to
recover the principal amount, and any and all additional costs and fees,
including legal fees.
